Oklahoma's Caring Van will be providing FREE immunizations for Students. All students entering the seventh grade beginning with the 2024-2025 school year will be required to have one booster dose of Tdap vaccine.
Parent must sign the form giving permission for the child to be vaccinated, the form must be turned back in, so that we know the number of vaccines to bring. Thank you.
