KHS Senior and Kansas Tech student, Mathew Barker, won State titles in the area of Photography/Graphic Design/Economic Research. He qualified to compete at the National Leadership Conference for Business Professionals of America where he will represent the Northeast Technology Center.
KHS junior, Addison Asher, applied for the 2024 Youth Tour Community Service Project contest. In the contest selection, she wrote a community service project and an essay on Making a Difference Where She Lives. She was selected to be a part of the Oklahoma Youth Tour. She will be visiting the Nation's capital June 15-20.

Congratulations to Irish Ivey! He competed in Academic Bowl All State games today and was honored at the banquet. Irish was also honored with a scholarship from the Coaches Association!
KPS STEAM SESSION 4 in the books ! We had a great turn out. Thank you STEAM Team of educators, JOM, Indian Ed, and Parent Board Advisory Members for helping out. Thank you to KHS volunteers: Matthew, Tristan, and Tyler. 🤩. Oh the things we learn while having fun.

KHS Juniors will be taking the ACT tomorrow (Tuesday, April 9th). Please arrive on campus by no later than 8:15 a.m.
All High School students NOT taking the ACT on Tuesday, April 9th will be doing distance learning.
The Oklahoma County Sheriff Department and the Oklahoma Highway Patrol joined efforts to present an Impaired Driving and Occupant Protection Program to Kansas High School juniors and seniors on March 27th. Guest Speaker, Jerry Delozier, spoke to the students on the tragic impact that impaired driving can have on families.
