School Closure Notice: Kansas Public Schools will be closed Monday (1/26) and Tuesday (1/27) due to weather. These will be snow days. Stay safe!
Comet Family,
At this time, the district plans to proceed with in-person instruction on Friday. We are closely monitoring the incoming weather conditions and will communicate promptly should it become necessary to transition to a Distance Learning day or implement an early release.
We encourage families to plan accordingly as a precaution. To ensure preparedness, teachers will send instructional materials and/or student laptops home on Thursday. These materials will only be utilized if a distance learning day is officially announced.
In the event of school closure or an early release will notify you via automatic messenger, FaceBook and our Website. www.kansasps.com. Also school closures will be reported to Tulsa News stations 2, 6, 8, and 23.
