KANSAS PUBLIC SCHOOLS Bond Election Facts Election Date: March 4, 2008 Polls Open: 7:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. Polling Places: Regular precinct locations in the Kansas School District. The Need: To vote on $3,295,000 school bond issue to build classrooms at the Middle School that will include a classroom for Special Needs Students. To build an early childhood center at the Elementary with proposed safe rooms that will be used for the entire Elementary. To build athletics facilities at the Middle School/High School Complex that will include: dressing rooms for Softball, Baseball, & Track for both boys and girls, as well as, dressing rooms for visiting teams, a weight lifting room for both boys and girls, a training room to help rehabilitate injuries and restroom facilities for the public.
